In order to cook it, you will need the following ingredients: pre-cooked minced meat (you can take any: chicken, pork, beef) - 50 g, 2 eggs, 1 tomato (you can replace it with bell pepper), salt, pepper, favorite spices taste. In a separate bowl, mix the spices and minced meat, send to the pan and fry, stirring occasionally. While the minced meat is fried, finely chop the tomato, as soon as the meat is golden, send it next. Let it simmer for 2 minutes under the lid - and you can beat in the eggs. Such scrambled eggs can be cooked both on the stove and in the oven.

2. Omelet with minced meat

Another great breakfast option. What you need: 50-60 g minced meat, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk, salt, pepper, other spices to taste. In a bowl, dilute 3 eggs, a spoonful of milk, a little salt and pepper, beat well and fry in a large skillet to make a pancake, set aside. Next, mix the minced meat with spices, fry it in a pan until golden brown, putting the filling in a previously prepared omelet. You can sprinkle with cheese or herbs and serve!

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, add the egg and spices, spread over the pan, frying on each side for 2-3 minutes. Set aside the finished potato pancake and grab the minced meat. It also needs to be fried in a frying pan with spices, then carefully put on a potato pancake and bent in half. Sprinkle with herbs and you're good to go!

Next, roll the minced meat into a long sausage and fry in a pan until cooked. For juiciness, you can add a little boiled water, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and sour cream to the pan.

Prepare 250 g of minced meat, 1 small onion, pasta in portions (for such an amount of minced meat - somewhere around 250-300 g), 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste, salt, pepper, spices to taste. Finely chop the onion, mix it with minced meat and spices, roll up the meatballs. In a frying pan, fry the meatballs until golden brown, add half a glass of water and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Let simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat while boiling the pasta. After 5 minutes, add the pasta to the meatballs or serve separately.

Looking for something delicious for your afternoon snack? Make egg cupcakes with minced meat! For this you will need: 6 eggs, 250-300 g of minced meat, 150 g of cheese, spices to taste. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add spices and grated cheese to them. Minced meat should be fried in a pan until fully cooked, also do not forget to salt. Take a mold for muffins, grease it with butter, put the minced meat equally in each cell, pour the egg mixture with cheese. Send to the oven for 6-7 minutes.

For this dish you will need: 300 g of puree, 300 g of minced meat, 150 g of cheese and spices to taste. Fry minced meat with spices in a pan until golden brown. In a convenient tall form, first put a little mashed potatoes, then minced meat and another layer of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle everything with cheese and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

Fry bread in a dry frying pan, put lettuce, tomato, cut into rings, and finely chopped cucumber, cheese strips on it. Blind thin minced meat patties, do not forget to add your favorite spices. Fry the cutlets on each side for 2 minutes and put on bread. You can add any vegetable of your choice to this sandwich.
