The food recommended for consumption if we suffer from an abscess should be one that cleanses the liver, bile, blood and lymph.

An abscess is a concentration of purulent mass that accumulates in the tissues, in the internal organs. This mass is insulated from a wall, which protects healthy tissues from those in which a purulent process takes place.

The food recommended for consumption, if we suffer from such a problem, should be one that cleanses the liver, bile, blood and lymph. We will now find out which products belong to this group.

Useful products for abscesses:

  • a large amount of vegetables (especially beets, corn, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, all kinds of cabbage), legumes and fruits (apples, avocados, grapefruit and other citrus fruits, bananas, grapes, blueberries, pomegranates);
  • spices and leafy vegetables: onion, garlic, dill, spinach, celery, turmeric;
  • vegetable oil : sunflower, corn, pumpkin, flaxseed, olive oil;

  • eggs: boiled, steamed omelet;
  • honey and bee products ( propolis is the most useful );
  • bread with bran.

Harmful products for abscesses

(those that contaminate and clog blood vessels, causing the blood not to renew and disrupting circulation):

  • fast food (fast food, semi-finished products, canned food
  • fatty, salty, fried and spicy dishes;
  • smoked products;
  • sausages, frankfurters, ham;
  • sugar;
  • pastry;
  • confectionery (with butter creams);
  • carbonated drinks;
  • alcohol;
  • taste and aroma enhancers;
  • products containing E's .
