A fresh sauce of yogurt, garlic and herbs in Turkish and Greek cuisine is served with warm bread or grilled meat.

For tzatziki you will need:

Greek yogurt - 500 ml; long cucumber - 1/2 pc.; garlic - 2 cloves; olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.; juice of one lemon; a bunch of dill; sprigs of mint - 3-4 pcs.
