In this article, learn more about Amaranth Oil. Amaranth oil - useful properties.
Amaranth oil is a valuable product with its characteristics and properties, whose composition is over 70% represented by mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic - Omega 6, oleic - Omega 9, linolenic - Omega 3), archidonic, palmitoleic. 9% of the oil are phospholipids, more than 8% - squalene, about 2% vitamin E and phytosterols - over 2%.
In addition, the product contains carotenoids (precursors of vitamin A, vitamin D, bile acids, various macro-and micronutrients) (potassium, iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, copper and others).
The unique healing properties of the fat are largely determined by the presence of two powerful antioxidants in it - squalene and vitamin E (present in the product, under a rare particularly active tocotrienol form).
The squalene, which is part of the sebaceous glands and subcutaneous fat, is an important participant in the synthesis of steroid hormones, cholesterol and vitamin D in the human body.
The substance contributes to the saturation of organs and tissues with oxygen, has a strong anticancer effect, significantly increases the body's resistance to various viruses, fungal and bacterial infections, to harmful radiation.
Squalene prevents the development and spread of malignant tumors, activates metabolic processes, helps to quickly and effectively repair damaged skin and mucous membranes.
Vitamin E in amaranth oil has a beneficial effect on premature aging of the body, strengthens the immune system, has anti-inflammatory properties and has a positive complex effect on the cardiovascular system (lowers blood cholesterol and prevents blood clots, strengthens blood walls, strengthens vessels and helps to normalize blood pressure).
In addition, vitamin E improves the functional state of the muscular system and plays an important role in the work of the reproductive (participates in the processes of spermatogenesis and embryonic development, helps maintain a normal hormonal balance).
The high nutritional value of amaranth oil is also due to the polyunsaturated fatty acids included in it, among which the leading position is for polyunsaturated linoleic acid (Omega-6). It, as well as other unsaturated acids in the composition of the oil, improve fat metabolism, have anti-inflammatory and immunostimulatory effects, improve the condition of the skin, the work of the cardiovascular, digestive, nervous, sexual and endocrine systems. It also plays an important role in cleansing the body of toxins, toxins, salts of heavy metals and other harmful substances.
The carotenoids in amaranth fat are converted into fat-soluble vitamin A, necessary for eye health, for the complete formation of bone tissue and tooth enamel. The vitamin is involved in the processes of natural synthesis of fibrillar proteins of keratin and collagen (which are structural elements of the skin, hair and nails). The substance normalizes the secretion of sebaceous glands, regulates blood glucose and is important for the work of the reproductive system.
Vitamin D in amaranth oil strengthens the immune system, provides better absorption of calcium and phosphorus, which are necessary for the formation and repair of bone tissue, reduce the risk of developing some cancers, cardiovascular, endocrine and dermatological diseases.
The high content of phytosterols in the product largely explains its anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, anti-tumor and immunostimulating properties.
Plant sterols help lower the levels of "bad" cholesterol in the blood, preventing the development of type 2 diabetes. They play an important role in the synthesis of vitamin D , hormones and bile acids from the human body.
In terms of calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium, amaranth oil is significantly superior to whole milk, as the calcium and iron in the oil are more than 3 times more than in wheat grains.
In the second part we will continue with information on what health problems it is good to use the product, as well as in which cases it is contraindicated.
