According to the European Food Safety Authority, the disorderly dose of aspartame is up to 40 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day.

Aspartame is the most widely used sweetener. Found in soft drinks, jams, diet candies, desserts and pharmaceuticals.


Aspartame is believed that its accumulation in the body leads to hyperactivity, cancer, headaches, migraines, impaired metabolism in the brain ... However,

recent studies by the Food Safety Agency in Europe (EFSA) refute some of these claims, reports Le World.

In two studies to determine whether aspartame led to cancer and premature birth, the team found no evidence of such a link.

According to the European Food Safety Authority, the harmless dose of aspartame is up to 40 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day.
