Ingredients:
10 eggs, a bunch of fresh parsley, carrots, 20 black peppercorns / raisins (for the eyes).
Hard-boil the eggs, remove the shell, cut off a little protein from both ends so that they become stable. Peel the carrots, cut into circles and narrow sticks (5 pcs.).
String 2 boiled eggs on a carrot stick, 1-2 circles of carrots on top (this will be a hat), it is desirable that the smaller circle be on top. Instead of hands, insert a sprig of parsley. Cut out “nose” from leftover carrots and place them in the middle of the top egg. Instead of eyes, insert peppers, raisins or draw circles using chocolate sauce. Lubricate the details of the cap and the junction of the eggs with mayonnaise.
For the salad you will need:
3 potatoes, 3 eggs, 2 processed cheese, beets, 2 carrots, 100 mayonnaise, a bunch of dill, cranberries and / or cloudberries.
Boil potatoes, beets, carrots and eggs, grate them and cheese (set aside 1 boiled egg white and half a carrot). Lay out in layers, adhering to the shape of the Christmas tree, in the following sequence: potatoes, beets, carrots, eggs. Lubricate each layer with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle salad with chopped dill. Draw a mayonnaise garland. Arrange cranberries and cloudberries like Christmas balls. Cut out stars from carrots and deferred protein, decorate the “Christmas Tree” with them.
Meringue Ingredients:
4 egg whites, 280 g sugar, 2-3 g vanilla.
Cream Ingredients:
120 g butter, 120 g sugar, 2 egg yolks, 60 ml milk, green dye, confectionery colored powder.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites, add 280 g of sugar and vanilla in the process. You can add green food coloring or 5 g of matcha tea powder now. Or you can make green cream and decorate white finished meringues with it.
Place the resulting mass in a pastry bag / syringe and squeeze the curls onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Send them to a slightly preheated oven (about 100 degrees Celsius) for an hour and a half.
Cooking green cream (optional). Mix milk and 2 egg yolks with the remaining sugar, pour into a bowl and put on a slow fire. Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until the mass is completely homogeneous and hot (do not bring to a boil). Then cool it down.
Heat the butter until softened, beat, add the egg-milk mixture, mix thoroughly again with a mixer, add the dye.
Using a pastry bag, place the cream on the meringue curls in a thin line, sprinkle with pastry powder and send them to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
For test:
400 g flour, 5 g dry yeast, 3 g salt, 50 g sugar, 50 g butter, 100 ml milk, 2 eggs.
For cream:
50 ml milk, 100 g cream cheese, 200 g powdered sugar.

2 crackers, 50 g marshmallows, 3 M&M's/raisins, 7-8 pomegranate/cranberry seeds.
Pour yeast into a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of sugar, pour 50 ml of warm water and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour in the milk, add salt and sugar, heat until boiling, and set aside to cool. After sending to the yeast, drive the eggs there, gradually introduce the flour. Knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes. Then return it to the bowl, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place. After half an hour, roll out the dough into a layer, 1 cm thick, roll into a roll, cut into pieces 5-6 cm wide, put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put in the oven for half an hour.
Beat the ingredients for the cream well with a mixer, cover the still hot buns with it. Arrange 3 of them on a plate.

1 chicken fillet, 2 cucumbers, 150 g ham, 100 g oyster mushrooms, 100 g hard cheese, olive, 1-2 red sweet peppers, 5 eggs, 6 cloudberries or a couple of grapes, 100 ml mayonnaise.

Put the salad on a plate in layers in the shape of the face of Santa Claus in a hat, observing the following order (from the bottom): chicken, mushrooms, cucumbers, ham, cheese. Each layer should be greased with mayonnaise.
Then cut the sweet pepper into cubes and put it in place of the cap. Grate the egg whites and place where the beard, bell and edge should be. Grind the yolks and put in place of the face. Cut the olive, two circles are the eyes, and one divided in half is the eyebrows. From red pepper cut a round nose and a smiling mouth. Place them in the right places. The role of a blush on the cheeks is played by cloudberries, canned corn or grapes.
