"Valentine" can be not only a cute message and a heart-card. A cup of coffee with pancakes for breakfast or a hearty salad with a heart in the form of a work-saver is sure to please (and also saturate). Let's pamper your loved ones with attention and delicious dishes!
We offer seven recipes for snacks and sweets by February 14th. We want to add that Valentine's Day can be arranged at any time, even every day. Love and be loved!
We will decorate the usual salad with boiled chicken, eggs and vegetables with pomegranate seeds. It will turn out tasty, satisfying and beautiful.
Ingredients:
200 g chicken breast; 3 medium potatoes; carrot; 2 eggs; 100 g of hard cheese; Garnet; mayonnaise to taste.
Boil carrots and potatoes in their uniforms until tender, boil hard-boiled eggs. Clean the pomegranate. We will grate all the cooked and peeled ingredients, as well as the cheese, directly onto the dish, spreading the layers with mayonnaise. Adjust each layer to the shape of a heart.
So, let's begin. The first layer is potatoes and mayonnaise. The second is chopped chicken and mayonnaise. Then come carrots + mayonnaise, eggs or just protein + mayonnaise, cheese and pomegranate seeds. Ready!
Any salad can be decorated with such wonderful pancake and beetroot roses! Catch the idea! We offer a classic herring under a fur coat. Be sure to drain the onion with boiling water (so that it is not so spicy and fragrant!).
Salad Ingredients:
2-3 potatoes; 2 carrots; 3 eggs; bulb; 2 medium beets; 2-3 fillets of pickled or slightly salted herring; mayonnaise to taste; parsley for decoration.
For pancakes you will need:
4 tbsp. l. flour; egg; milk or water (about 1/2 cup) vegetable oil for frying.
Boil potatoes, beets, unpeeled carrots and eggs until tender in their skins. Cool down. Cut the herring into small cubes. Chop the onion and drain with boiling water if you want to extinguish its sharpness.
Set aside half of the boiled beets for pancakes. Grate the ingredients directly on the dish, covering each layer with a mayonnaise mesh (to do this, put the mayonnaise in a plastic bag, and then cut off a tiny corner). Let's start from the bottom: potatoes, herring, onions, carrots, eggs, beets. Top also grease with mayonnaise.
Let's make pancakes. Pour flour into a bowl, beat in an egg, if you want - a little salt, stir, then add so much milk or water to get the consistency of very liquid sour cream. Important: introduce water gradually. Beat with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
Heat the pan well, grease with oil. Pour in half a scoop of batter and spread across the bottom of the pan, keeping it flying. When the top has set, turn the pancake over and fry until golden brown. Ready-made pancakes can be greased with butter. It remains to wrap the pancakes with a tube, roll one side in grated beets (remember, we left half?), cut into 3-4 parts and, starting from the bottom, lay on the salad. Fill all empty spaces with parsley.
These flowers are very easy to make. And the filling for eggs can be varied to your taste, a spicy salad of eggs, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic is quite suitable. Beetroot will help color boiled eggs pink.
Ingredients:
5 pieces. large eggs; 100 g cottage cheese 9 percent; 1 tsp mayonnaise; salt to taste; clove of garlic; lettuce, green onion feathers to taste; a glass of freshly squeezed beetroot juice.
Boil the eggs and carefully remove the shells. Then dip in beetroot juice, if it is not enough to cover the whole eggs, add warm boiled water. After 5 minutes you can choose. Blot with a tissue.
On each egg, make a cross-shaped cut to the middle, carefully remove the yolk with a small spoon. Using a blender, beat the yolk, cottage cheese, garlic and mayonnaise passed through a press until smooth. Use a pastry bag or plastic bag with the corner cut off to fill the eggs with the filling. It is better to add more so that the "tulip head" spreads open and the "petals" open.
The stems can be made from a wooden skewer, which must be inserted inside a green onion feather. We spread our treat on lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
Convenient portioned treat with or without occasion! An interesting salad recipe with ham, eggs, fresh cucumber, walnuts and pomegranate seeds.
Ingredients:
6-8 pcs. ready-made tartlets; 250 g of ham; fresh cucumber; 3 eggs; 30 g of peeled walnuts; 30 g pomegranate seeds; mayonnaise and herbs to taste.
Hard boil eggs, cool and peel. Cut boiled ham, cucumber, eggs into small cubes. Chop the nuts with a sharp knife. It remains only to mix the salad in a bowl with mayonnaise, arrange on tartlets and decorate with pomegranate seeds and herbs.
