1. Pasta with squid in a slow cooker

Let's cook a wonderful Italian dish - pasta with squid!

Ingredients:

pasta (any) - 200-240 g; squid (peeled) - 300 g; pureed tomatoes - 1 cup (250 ml); onion - 1 pc.; garlic - 3-4 cloves; dried basil - to taste; rosemary - to taste; salt - to taste; olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.; water (for cooking pasta) - 1 l.

Let's prepare the food first. Defrost the squids and, if necessary, clean them, wash the tomatoes, cut them into pieces, remove the tails and pass through a meat grinder or mash with a blender.

Now let's get to the pasta. Pasta should be boiled in lightly salted water. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, select the “Pasta” or “Pasta” mode, it can be called differently. Set a timer for 7-8 minutes. After the signal that the water is boiling, the pasta must be mixed and press "Start" again.

While the pasta is cooking, let's take care of the onions. Peel and cut into small cubes. Let's do the same with garlic. In the meantime, the pasta is cooked, and we throw it into a colander

We wash the multicooker bowl, wipe it dry (!) And turn on the “Frying” mode. Pour olive oil into the bottom. We set the degrees to about 150. Place the onion and garlic inside after the signal that the oil has warmed up. Leave golden for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Add tomato puree, herbs, seasonings, a little salt, mix with onion and garlic and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Add shrimp and after a couple of minutes - pasta. Mix everything thoroughly and turn off the "Frying". We set the "Heating" mode and leave the paste for 7-10 minutes.

A wonderful, delicious and elegant dinner is ready!

2. Vinaigrette in a slow cooker

Vinaigrette is one of the favorite salads for the festive table, a kind of “basic equipment” for the New Year. Vinaigrette is easy to cook with a slow cooker - fast, healthy, economical.

Ingredients:

beets - 2 pcs.; carrots - 1 pc.; potatoes - 2-3 pcs.; pickled cucumber - 1 pc.; 200 g green peas; one onion and a bunch of green onions; a pinch of salt, vegetable oil.

As you can see, the set of ingredients is standard for vinaigrette. The preparation is different. We will cook vegetables for such a vinaigrette in a slow cooker. First, wash them, peel them and cut them into very large cubes. We will send it to the basket - a double boiler. Note! The order of laying vegetables is important - first we put beets, then carrots, and only then potatoes. We put the slow cooker in the “Steaming” mode and leave the vegetables to cook for an hour.

For now, let's prepare the rest of the products: grate or chop the pickled cucumber, we will also do the same with onions - both green and onion. Mix these products with peas.

Vegetables are prepared - cut them into ordinary small cubes, add to cucumbers, herbs and peas, season with oil and salt. Ready! Vinaigrette can be served on the festive table.

3. Baked chicken in a slow cooker

Yes, you can easily cook chicken in a slow cooker! It seems that this device will not cope with a large chicken carcass, but it is not. Let's see the recipe!

Products:

whole chicken carcass; salt, spices to taste; mustard - 3 tbsp. l.; vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.; vegetables optional - potatoes, eggplant, carrots, bell peppers.

As you can see, the main thing is the chicken. Vegetables will serve as a side dish. First, prepare the chicken - if frozen, defrost and wash. Carefully rub the chicken with salt, sprinkle with spices, rub mustard on top (this point can be omitted if you do not eat mustard). Let marinate for half an hour.

While we are busy with vegetables - wash, dry, peel potatoes and carrots, cut into large pieces.

Pour a little oil into the multicooker bowl and place the whole chicken there. Turn on the "Baking" mode. If the carcass is about one and a half kilograms, then bake it for 60-80 minutes on one side, and then turn it over and cook for another 30-40 minutes on the other side so that the chicken is baked evenly.

After cooking, we take out the chicken and put it on a dish. We wash the multicooker bowl, pour quite a bit of oil and put the vegetables. We bake the vegetables until cooked - they can be pierced with a toothpick or the edge of a knife to understand that the vegetables are already baked.

We take out the prepared vegetables from the multicooker and put them around the chicken queen. Very tasty, beautiful, satisfying and inexpensive!

4. Cake "Prague" in a slow cooker

At the end of a hearty festive dinner, it's time for dessert. We offer to cook everyone's favorite Prague cake in a slow cooker.

Cake Ingredients:

flour - 1.5 cups; cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.; soda - 1 tsp; condensed milk - 1/2 can; sour cream - 1 cup; sugar - 200 g; eggs - 2 pcs.

Cream Ingredients:

butter at room temperature - 150 g; condensed milk - 1/2 can.

Glaze Ingredients:

milk - 50 ml; butter - 50 g; sugar - 4 tbsp. l.; cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.

Let's take care of the crust. Separate the whites from the yolks, add sugar to the whites and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Then add the yolks, condensed milk and sour cream there and beat well again. Add flour, soda and cocoa - and beat the last time.

Pour the mixture into an oiled multicooker saucepan, turn on the "Baking" mode and cook in the multicooker for an hour.

While the cake is preparing, let's make the cream. Beat soft butter with a mixer or blender and add condensed milk and cocoa to it in small portions, continuing to beat. That's it, the cream is ready.

Cool our cake, cut in half lengthwise. Put the filling - cream - on one part and cover with the second half.

Let's cook the icing - mix all the ingredients for the icing and heat until the sugar dissolves. We cover the cake with icing and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the icing freezes. Well, very tasty!

Happy and delicious New Year!
