Here are 7 quick and easy chicken salads that will spice up your menu.
Ingredients:
chicken fillet; 2 cloves of garlic; hot sauce or barbecue sauce, a couple of spoons; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; a third of Chinese cabbage; a handful of frozen or fresh green peas; a handful of canned or boiled corn; a handful of spinach; a couple of green onion feathers; 4 tbsp. l. olive oil (2 liters for frying, the rest for dressing).
This salad doesn't take long to prepare. Pre-boil and cool the chicken fillet, cut into cubes, pour a small amount of barbecue sauce and squeeze a couple of garlic cloves.
Then fry the chicken in a pan with green peas and corn, while chopping chinese cabbage and slicing spinach.
After frying, mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add fresh green onions and drizzle with olive oil. Usually the salad is served warm, but you can cool the chicken after frying in a pan and serve the dish cold.
You will need:
chicken fillet; 2-3 tbsp. l. hot sauce; salt, spices to taste; a handful of green beans; head of broccoli; red onion, head; avocado; a spoonful of capers; 2 tbsp. l. lime; 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
First you need to finely chop the chicken fillet and marinate in any hot sauce, it is best to use Sriracha or Tabasco, but if they are not at hand, just make it yourself from hot capsicum (do not forget to remove the seeds), olive oil and rosemary.
Marinate the chicken for at least 15 minutes, then fry with green beans and finely chopped broccoli (at this stage, add salt, spices, try for spiciness).
While the chicken is fried, chop the red onion, avocado, mix everything in a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients and a spoonful of capers, drizzle with lime juice and olive oil (walnut oil), you can serve.

2 potatoes; 5 eggs; natural yogurt or mayonnaise to taste; 100 g cream cheese; clove of garlic; spices and salt to taste; a bunch of dill; smoked breast; 2 carrots; half of Chinese cabbage.

Boil potatoes, cool, cut into small cubes. Boil the eggs too, but only the protein is needed, it should be chopped, mixed with natural yogurt or mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, spices and dill. Grate smoked breast, carrots into strips on a Peking carrot grater, finely chop the Peking cabbage. The salad is laid in layers: a pillow of cabbage, potatoes, chicken, carrots, protein. If the salad does not seem juicy enough, the protein can be stacked after each layer.

In parallel, boil the eggs, we will use only the yolk, grind it into dust, mix with the same carrots and garlic, season with mayonnaise. Boil the breast, cut into fibers. Finely chop the almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts. Canned peaches are cut into thin strips, they should be much smaller than chicken. We mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add cilantro and any curd cheese. We dress the salad with avocado oil or natural yogurt. Decorate with herbs before serving.

2 carrots; beet; chicken breast; red onion; 2 tbsp. l. 9 percent vinegar; 2 tbsp. l. water; a couple of sprigs of green onions; salt to taste; 3 art. l. natural yogurt.

Boil carrots, beets, chicken breast. Divide the meat into fibers, and grate the vegetables on a coarse grater.
Cut the red onion into half rings, pour over with boiling water, and marinate for 10 minutes in vinegar and water (proportion 1: 1). Mix all the ingredients together, add green onions, a little salt and dress the salad with yogurt.
