Dough Ingredients:

180 g flour; 85 g butter; 3 art. l. water; a pinch of salt.

Filling Ingredients:

300 g of smoked fish (for example, cold-smoked pollock); 7 cherry tomatoes; a couple of sprigs of fresh dill or a few pinches of dried; 3 eggs; 150 ml cream (any fat content); 50 g of hard cheese; garlic clove.

Cooking dough. Cut cold butter into large pieces and combine with flour and salt. This is best done in a food processor, but you can grind it into crumbs with your hands. Add ice water, knead, collect the dough in a lump and refrigerate in cling film for 10 minutes. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Prepare the pie pan. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin (thickness 3 mm). Cover the form with dough, making the sides, cut off the excess. Pierce with a fork. Send the form with the dough to the hot oven for 12 minutes.

For the filling, clean the fish from bones, skin, break into pieces. Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry with paper towels and cut in half.

In a bowl, combine the cream, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, passed through a press, beat with a whisk until smooth.

Remove the base from the oven and assemble the cake. Put the fish pieces on the dough first, then the tomatoes, cut down, carefully pour the cream mixture over the pie so that the ingredients do not move. Grate the cheese and mix with chopped dill, pour the pie on top.

Yogurt Sauce Ingredients:

150 ml of natural yogurt; 1 st. l. olive oil; clove of garlic; salt, pepper to taste.

Make minced meat from fish fillet using a meat grinder or blender. You can finely chop the fish with a knife. Soak bread without crusts in water or broth. Mix crumb with minced meat. If you use crackers, then just add them to the minced meat and fill with water or broth. Add flour, egg, chopped herbs, spices, lemon juice, salt to the fish. Mix thoroughly.

Turn on the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the minced meat with your hand, forming pancakes. Bake for half an hour.

Put a layer of cereal on the bottom of each mold, it will not allow the baked dough to get wet. Then lay out the fish cut into pieces, chopped greens.
