Plum pastille

We prepare plum pastille like this. First, boil the slurry of sugar and plums. Then turn the porridge into a puree with a blender and spread it in a thin layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. We will dry the marshmallow in an ajar oven at a temperature of 100 degrees for 4-6 hours. We cut the finished marshmallow into strips and twist it into a tube. Fragrant pleasure with sourness!

Classic marshmallows are made from mashed baked apples. Whipped proteins, gelatin or agar-agar, sugar are also added to the mass.

First, bake the halves of peeled apples in the oven until soft. Apples are mashed with a blender. Add sugar or stevia. Then the syrup is boiled with gelatin and applesauce, protein and syrup are combined. Beat well with a blender and deposit with a pastry syringe on a baking sheet. After 12-14 hours, the marshmallow will dry out and you can eat it.
