Breakfast cereals are made from cereals, often with added nuts, sugar, dried fruit, and cocoa. They can also be used as decorations for desserts, for breading meat, fish and vegetable cutlets. But modern cooking can find several applications for everything.
Introducing recipes that reveal a new side to breakfast cereal.
200 g cereal, 1 can of condensed milk, 100 g coconut flakes, 150 g butter.
Grind the flakes into crumbs with a blender, add the butter cut into pieces to them. Grind them together until a dryish dough is obtained, pour in the condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Blind balls, no larger than a walnut, roll them in shavings and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
It will be tastier if the chips are also preliminarily passed through a blender, and a nut is inserted inside the balls. But walnuts should first be fried in a dry frying pan, otherwise they may taste bitter.

Distribute the resulting mass on a baking sheet, before covering the surface with baking paper. The height of future bars should not exceed 1 cm. You can pre-mark the future contours of each of them with a knife or the tip of a spoon.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. While the cookies are baking, make the frosting for them. To do this, pour sugar 4 tbsp. water and boil over low heat.
When the mass hardens and acquires a light golden hue, remove the baking sheet, divide the layer into separate bars, brush them with caramel with a brush.

Then send the fruit to a preheated oven on a baking sheet covered with foil or placed in muffin tins. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, at this time, if the honey is sugared, melt it to a liquid state, and stir in the flakes to it. Place the mixture on almost ready pears and send for another 5 minutes in the oven. Let cool and you can serve.
