Eat Buckwheat For Longevity!

Without starvation, and with the consumption of buckwheat, a healthy level of sirtuin 1 is obtained in the body, which restores and prolongs the life of the cell.

Did you know that there is a longevity protein? This is sirtuin 1 - SIRT1. Its production in the body slows down aging and increases the body's resistance to stress. Sirtuins are a large family of proteins that are involved in the formation of fat cells and in glucose metabolism. The SIRT1 in question is involved in a number of processes in the cell that are in one way or another related to aging. Oddly enough, our body produces large amounts of sirtuin under stress. But specific stress - the most accurate example is when fasting or severely limiting daily caloric intake.

With a limited intake of food in our body, changes are triggered, in which a process of cell recovery begins and the cells are "readjusted" to a longer mode of operation. Increased DNA stability is observed . So, fasting from time to time obviously has its health benefits.

However, fasting , even when limited, is contraindicated in people with certain diseases. In the presence of carbohydrate metabolism disorders, for example, fasting is not a healthy option. It is not the same with children, young people, who are still in the process of growth, pregnancy, breastfeeding, they were completely healthy. At the same time, these people also need the protein in question.

It turns out that regular consumption of buckwheat achieves a satisfactory level of sirtuin in the body, without the side effects of starvation. It loses proteins  in the blood plasma, kidneys, liver, a lot in the stomach, muscle tissue and the whole body suffers.

An experiment by scientists shows that when replacing 30% of the daily ration of food with buckwheat products, there is optimal weight maintenance, and a significant increase in sirtuins in the stomach, liver, kidneys and blood plasma. The expression of SIRT1 is neither low nor dangerously high. Excessive protein expression has caused oxidative stress, which is associated with inflammatory processes and even more serious processes. This means that the body's resistance to stress and slowing down its aging is achieved .

Buckwheat is useful in general because it is rich in proteins and amino acids, which the human body uses as raw materials for the synthesis of its own proteins. It also contains an enviable amount of B vitamins, which are necessary for the health of the nervous, immune and cardiovascular systems. It also contains fiber , which, in addition to creating a feeling of satiety, is good for the intestines and cholesterol control.
A similar effect to sirtuin can be sought from resveratrola, which is contained in red wine and dark grape varieties. But it is more than clear that wine and sweet grapes cannot achieve health benefits, as their increased consumption would do more harm to health than it would give longevity. So the food for longevity, we can say, is called buckwheat .

It can be easily eaten a lot, consumed alone, added to soups, salads or dishes. It is important, however, not to reach a degree of exaggeration and disgust with it, scientists warn.

The discovery was made by a team from the Laboratory of Bioluminescent Biotechnology of the Department of Biophysics at the Institute of Fundamental Biology and Biotechnology and the Siberian Federal University and the Research Institute of Molecular Medicine and Pathobiochemistry of the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University.
