Headache Is A Problem That Affects Most Of Humanity. There Are Some Foods That Act Against Headaches Such As Ginger, And Avoid Those That Cause It.
Headache is one of the most common problems that catch us unprepared, whether at home or in the office. In fact, almost 70 percent of sufferers are women. Frequent headaches depend a lot on our genetic predisposition. The more genetically predisposed we are, the more likely certain foods are to cause this condition. Sometimes it can even be caused by weather changes, strong odors, perfumes, bright lights and the menstrual cycle. These are factors that are beyond our control, but what we put in our mouths is definitely under our control.
Which often cause headaches: cabbage, sausages, canned fish, and peanuts. Even milk and caffeine are on this list.
Very often the headache is due to stress. Deep breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga (pranayama) can be of great benefit.
The most important thing is to avoid the above foods that provoke headaches. Detoxification of the body may be necessary because the pain may be due to the accumulation of toxins. Detoxification can be done by taking special herbs and vegetable juices. After purification, the organs begin to function harmoniously, health improves.
