Salad with chicken, apple, walnuts

 

You will need:

chicken breast - 1 pc. (fresh, boiled or baked); apple - 1-2 pcs.; grapes - a handful; lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp. l.; peeled walnuts - 2-3 tbsp. l.; salad mix; salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

For frying chicken and salad dressing: olive oil, lemon juice. Optional: a spoonful of Dijon mustard and honey, a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce.

Boiled or baked chicken fillet can be used in a salad. It is convenient if such meat is left over from yesterday's dinner. Just cut into pieces. If you have a fresh fillet, then cut into pieces, salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. 

Rinse salad mix, grapes and apples. Nuts can be roasted in a dry frying pan. Cut the grapes in half, select the seeds, cut the apples into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. 

It remains only to mix everything, pepper and season. A dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, soy sauce and honey is perfect here. Mix to your liking. Another option is olive oil with lemon juice in a ratio of 3 to 1.

Canape with mozzarella

 

Appetizer Ingredients:

baguette; small balls of mozzarella; fresh cucumber; black sesame seeds.

In the store you can buy long buns or a baguette with a sesame crust. We'll cut it into slices. Cut a fresh cucumber into strips using a vegetable peeler. We fix a small ball of mozzarella, a folded cucumber on a skewer and put it on bread. Canapés can be garnished with black sesame seeds or cherry tomatoes.

Mixed salad

 

Everything you have at home is suitable for such a salad: boiled eggs, chips, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, diced cheese, Korean carrots, striped ham and carrots, avocado, salad mix, different sauces. Think about the combinations and serve the prepared ingredients in different bowls or on a plate with different compartments. Let everyone prepare their own favorite salad. 

As for the sauce, mix natural yogurt with herbs and garlic, serve olive oil with lemon juice in a 3: 1 combination; mayonnaise. You can make or buy guacamole. Fantasize!

Chicken, corn and egg salad

 

For the salad you will need:

boiled or smoked chicken fillet - 300 g; chicken eggs - 3 pcs.; canned corn - 4-5 tbsp. l.; yellow cheese - 80 g; mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.; greens to taste.

Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Cut boiled, baked or smoked chicken into small cubes. Dry the corn on a paper towel. Cheese also cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with mayonnaise. Pepper and garnish with herbs to taste. You can decorate the salad in portions using a confectionery ring. 

Chicken skewers with vegetables on skewers

 

Ingredients:

chicken fillet - 2 pcs.; bell pepper - 3 pcs. (different colors); purple onion - 2 pcs.; salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

For marinade: natural yogurt, oregano or vinegar and olive oil.

Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes, put in a zip bag or in a bowl and pour over the marinade of natural yogurt, oregano, salt and pepper. Another marinade option is 2 tbsp. l. wine vinegar, 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, or your favorite chicken spice mix. Stir and leave for at least 10 minutes, and preferably an hour or two, if time permits.

Soak skewers in water or wine.

Peel and chop the bell pepper and purple onion.

Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. Shish kebab can be baked on a wire rack or on a small baking sheet that stands on a wire rack in the oven. The ends of the skewer should rest on the edges of the baking sheet or pan so the meat doesn't stick. 15-20 minutes and the dish is ready! Flip the skewers while roasting to brown the other side as well.

Serve a couple of different sauces for such a hot appetizer. For example, garlic and sweet chili or ready-made mango chutney.

Canape with red fish

 

Ingredients:

white or black bread - 8 slices; slightly salted or smoked red fish - 100 g; curd cheese - 120 g; dill.

Use a cookie cutter or a glass to cut out the base for canapés from white or brown bread. You can simply cut the shaped bread into small squares, it is better to cut off the crust.

Curd cheese can be chosen with a herbal flavor or mixed with chopped dill for extra flavor. Using a pastry syringe and a curly nozzle, apply the cheese to the bread. Put a small piece of slightly salted or smoked salmon or other red fish on top. Garnish with dill or a small triangle of lemon. Enjoy! 

Dessert of persimmons, grapes and apples

 

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

persimmon - 6 pcs.; grapes - a handful; apples - 2 pcs.; lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Wash the fruit. Cut apples into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. It is better to take small grapes without seeds, or cut large berries in half and choose seeds. Cut off the cap from the persimmon, select the pulp with a sharp knife, cut into cubes. Stuff the persimmon with fruit, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

New Year's dessert of orange with fruits

 

For dessert you will need (for 6 servings):

oranges - 6 pcs.; Garnet; kiwi - 2-3 pieces; grapes - a handful; berries (if you find) - a handful; carnation buds for decoration.

Rinse fruits and berries and dry with a paper towel. Cut off the fourth part of the orange, having previously determined a stable edge. We don't need a hat. Carefully use a sharp small knife or spoon to scoop out the flesh and cut into cubes. Cut the grapes in half, select the seeds, cut the peeled kiwi into semicircles. Clean the pomegranate. If using large strawberries, cut in half. It remains only to decorate the orange bowls with cloves and add the prepared filling. Refrigerate until dessert is served. The filling can be mixed with yogurt or sprinkled with powdered sugar before you carry it to the table.
