Plum marmalade

 

Plum Marmalade Ingredients:

1300 g of ripe plums; 2 cups of sugar; juice of one lemon; 8 leaves of gelatin or 24 g of granular (powdered).

Soak gelatin in water according to instructions. Wash the plums, cut in half and remove the pits. Put in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, add lemon juice and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes until the fruit is soft. Then punch with a blender and cook, stirring, for another 10 minutes.

Add gelatin to hot plum puree, mix well. Pour the resulting jam with gelatin into molds or a mold covered with cling film (including the edges), measuring 20 by 30 cm. Then refrigerate for a couple of hours. Cut the finished plum marmalade into squares and roll in sugar.

How To Cook Cream Of Sweet Potato Soup With Ginger, Beans, Marshmallows And Peanuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 900 grams of sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

How To Cook Chocolate Biscuit Dessert With Corn Syrup And Marshmallow - Recipe

Required products :

124 grams of butter

300 grams of dark chocolate

3 tablespoons corn syrup (can be replaced with honey or maple syrup)

200 grams of plain biscuits
