Pork tenderloin in a pan, garnished with mushrooms - a quick and delicious dinner. The ingredients are for 4 servings . It only takes 20 minutes to prepare  . Let's start!

 

Necessary products

  • 500 grams of pork bon fillet
  • 250 grams of mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 300 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

 

Method of preparation

Cut the pork into slices about 1 cm thick. Pour the flour, rosemary, a little salt and pepper into a small bowl. Roll the pork in the spices to cover well.

Put a large pan on the stove and heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in it. Add the pork. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the fried fillet from the pan. 

Add another 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and heat it. Fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and sprinkle with a little flour. Return the pork to the pan. Required products :

  • 500 grams of pork bon fillet
  • 250 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 large onion, cut into strips
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2-3 slices of ham
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese

  • mustard of choice

Method of preparation :

 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

How To Cook Pork Tenderloin Stuffed With Mushrooms And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of pork bon fillet
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat and saute onions for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms and cook for another 3-5 minutes until soft.
