How To Cook Pork Tenderloin In Puff Pastry With Ham, Onion And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pork bon fillet in puff pastry with ham, onion and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of pork bon fillet
  • 250 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 large onion, cut into strips
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2-3 slices of ham
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 egg
  • mustard of choice
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Method of preparation :

 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and fry for about 5 minutes on all sides. Remove from the pan and allow to cool briefly.
  • Add the onion and garlic and saute for about 2-3 minutes until soft and lightly browned. Remove from the heat.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees and cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.
  • Put a sheet of puff pastry in the pan and spread it with beaten egg whites.
  • Arrange the slices of ham in the middle and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
  • Place the bon fillet on top, spread it with mustard and spread the stewed onions and garlic on it.
  • Close the dough by pressing the overlapping edges well.
  • Spread with beaten egg yolk and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Allow the roll to cool briefly before cutting and serving.
