Required products :
3 apples
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup oatmeal
1/3 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
90 - 100 grams of butter
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 - 5 eggs
3/4 tea cup of fresh milk
pinch of salt
For caramel:
20 - 30 grams of butter
1/3 tea cup of water
6 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Wash the raisins, pour boiling water over them and let them stay in it for 10-15 minutes, then drain the liquid.
Peel the apples, grate them and grate them. Squeeze the lemon juice, grate the peel and add them to the apples. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and cinnamon, mix everything.
Grind the oats, crush in a mortar or just grind with your hands. Pour them into the bowl with the fruit and pour the slightly melted butter. Then add the raisins and milk. Knead the dough.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt until a thick homogeneous mixture is obtained. Carefully add it to the dough, stirring lightly from the bottom up.
Grease a baking dish with oil.
Make caramel. Mix the products for it in a saucepan and bring the combination to a boil. Allow to cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly and turns slightly yellow. Then pour the caramel on the bottom of the prepared form.
Put the pudding on top and bake the dessert in a gradually preheated oven at 170 - 180 degrees. Bake until firm (it should "spring" when you squeeze it with your fingers).
Wait about 15 minutes to cool and turn over on a suitable plate so the caramel will stay on the surface.
Serve the pudding hot.
Enjoy your meal!
Required products :
1 teaspoon wheat flour
1 cup ground oatmeal
1/4 tea cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
55 grams of butter
1/3 tea cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 tea cup chopped dried figs
1 cup yogurt
Method of preparation :
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the dried fruits, nuts and diced butter. Grind with your hands to get "crumbs".
Pour the yogurt and stir. You should get a sticky dough. Put it on a plate, well sprinkled with flour and knead until it absorbs everything. Form a loaf with a diameter of 15 - 18 cm, place in a pan sprinkled with flour and make several cuts on the surface of the dough with a knife about 2 cm deep and no more than 10 cm long. Sprinkle on top with 1 teaspoon of flour.
Bake the bread at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. When removed from the oven, place on a wire rack to cool and cover with a towel.
Enjoy your meal!
Required product and:
500-600 grams of apples
100 grams of oatmeal

50 grams of butter
50-60 grams of honey
cinnamon to taste

Peel the apples, clean the core with the seeds and cut into pieces. Put them in a suitable baking dish. Choose hard varieties of apples so that they do not become a pulp during cooking.
Sprinkle the fruit with crushed or chopped walnuts, raisins and cinnamon to taste.
Melt the butter together with the honey in a suitable bowl, add the oatmeal and stir.
Pour the resulting mixture over the apples, cover the dish with foil and place in a preheated oven.

A few minutes before removing the delicacy, remove the foil and let it bake until the apples turn yellow and the oatmeal turns golden.
Useful and delicious dessert.
Enjoy your meal!
