For potato pancakes, peel and grate 5 potatoes, add two tablespoons of starch, an egg, a little salt and mix. Or use the recipe above. Fry burger pancakes using the metal serving ring. Heat up a frying pan with oil and put the dough into a ring. 

 

When the potato pancake is fried on one side (within a minute), remove the ring and turn it over with a spatula to the other side.

 

Cook until done (another minute). Dranik will turn out golden-ruddy. Put the finished pancake on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

 

Mix minced meat with spices to taste and fry two cutlets with a serving ring.
