Required products :
500 grams butter
500 grams sour cream
6 teaspoons flour
2 tablespoons dry yeast a
few pieces of chocolate
sugar (sand or powder) for sprinkling
Preparation :
Mix the flour with the yeast, add the cold butter, cut into cubes and stir.
Then add the cream to the other products and stir again.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1.5 - 2 hours (but not longer).
When you take it out, roll it out in a layer (if you want thin piglets - roll out thinly, if you prefer fluffy sweet patties - let the layer be thicker).
Then cut circles using a cup, for example. Using a smaller diameter bowl, shape the muzzles, make the ears out of small pieces of dough, and use the chocolate to make eyelets.
Arrange the piglets in a greased pan (or cover the bottom with parchment).
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or crystal and serve.
Enjoy your meal!

Method of preparation:
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the yeast, sugar and salt. Heat the milk, beat the eggs and add to it. Pour in the butter and make the dough. Allow it to double in volume and divide it into parts.
Form small balls in which you put a piece of chorizo and fold thick into the same shape. Do the rest in the same way and arrange in a tray lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk, cut into small circles and use toothpicks to make two holes.
Put them on the piglets' faces, and use two cloves for the eyes. With some of the dough, form ears and a tail and carefully place them. Wait for them to double in volume again and bake at 200 degrees until golden. Cool, serve and eat.
Enjoy your meal!
