1. Khachapuri

2. Khachapuri with egg (Ajarian style)

 

In addition to flour, butter, eggs, you will need sour Georgian yogurt matsoni, as well as two types of cheese - suluguni and feta cheese. At the finished khachapuri, the edge is pinched off and lowered into the hot center with cheese and an egg. Yummy!

3. Vegetable salad

 

Rinse three cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as a bunch of fresh herbs and dry with a paper towel. Cucumbers and a purple onion cut into rings, tomatoes into slices, chop the greens. 9. Ajapsandali

10. Khinkali

11. Satsivi

 

Chicken with satsivi sauce or simply satsivi is cooked with a lot of walnuts and spices - cinnamon, saffron, suneli hops, garlic, pepper, and wine vinegar. The fragrant dish has dozens of varieties and is very popular in Georgia.

12. Baklava

 

Nuts, honey, the thinnest puff pastry... The taste of baklava is amazing! True, it is not easy to cook it. Thin sheets of dough are smeared with butter, shifted with chopped walnuts or pistachios, sprinkled with sugar or honey syrup with spices and rose water. Baklava is baked in rolls or in a multi-layered rectangle, which is then cut into diamonds.
