In addition to flour, butter, eggs, you will need sour Georgian yogurt matsoni, as well as two types of cheese - suluguni and feta cheese. At the finished khachapuri, the edge is pinched off and lowered into the hot center with cheese and an egg. Yummy!

Rinse three cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as a bunch of fresh herbs and dry with a paper towel. Cucumbers and a purple onion cut into rings, tomatoes into slices, chop the greens.
