Sandwiches with cucumber and red fish


Such fresh and luxurious sandwiches can not only be prepared for a snack, but also served on a festive table or taken in a basket as a wedding snack.


8 slices of white shaped bread; 100 g lightly salted red fish; 100 g cream cheese; 2 cucumbers; 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise; 1/2 small onion (preferably red); 1 tsp lemon juice; ground black pepper to taste.

Cut the crusts off the bread, wash the cucumbers and cut into thin strips with a vegetable peeler. Chop fish and onion and mix in a bowl with mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper. Brush all slices of bread on one side with cream cheese. Lay the cucumber slices on the cheese at an angle and cut off the ponytails.


Turn half of the prepared pieces upside down with the cucumber, and grease the top with the filling. Cover with the second piece and the sandwich is ready! Do the same with all the pieces. Then wrap in cling film and refrigerate. Cut the chilled sandwiches into triangles and serve.

Chicken breast with apples


Classic combination! Cooking chicken steaks with apples for lunch or dinner. The breast will turn out juicy and tender due to the preliminary quick frying. Put the apple mugs on the chicken and pour over the icing, which contains the sweetness of honey, soy sauce salt, chili and a spicy note of oregano.

For 2 servings you will need:

350-400 g chicken fillet; 2 small apples; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp black ground pepper; 1/2 tsp oregano; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

For glaze:

1 st. l. soy sauce; half chili or 1 tbsp. l. chili sauce; 1 st. l. honey; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Beat the chicken fillet lightly, to do this, cover the meat with cling film or parchment and tap with a fist or a rolling pin. Then marinate the chicken in a mixture of vegetable oil, pepper and oregano. Can be put in a resealable bag.


Peel the apples with a vegetable peeler, remove the core (without cutting the apple), cut into large rings. Mix all the glaze ingredients in a bowl.

Heat the frying pan well, fry the chicken fillet on both sides on a spoonful of oil over high heat, do not pierce. Half a minute for each side will be enough, transfer to a baking dish.

Arrange the apple slices over the chicken and pour over the glaze. Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. The dish will be ready when the apples are soft.

Quick Snack: Korean Cucumbers

Lazy and fast pies: apples in pita bread


Delicious dessert or breakfast in 10 minutes? Yes! Introducing a recipe for crispy pastries with apple filling for lazy people (or very busy moms).

You will need:

1 lavash; 4 apples; 1 st. l. vanilla sugar; 3 art. l. Sahara; a pinch of cinnamon; 3 art. l. vegetable oil for frying.

Peeled apples cut into small cubes and mix in a bowl with sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Lavash cut into squares (15-18 cm). Lay the filling along the edge of each square and roll up the tubes. For Crumble with Plums you will need:

300 g flour; 200 g frozen butter; 100 g of sugar; 15 plums; 1 tsp baking powder.

First, prepare the plums and turn on the oven to 190 degrees. Rinse the plums, cut in half, select the stone. We leave the skin. Now we are working fast. Pour sugar into a bowl and grate the butter directly into the sugar on a beet grater. Rub it white. Add flour with baking powder, knead with your hands, the dough should gather in a lump and not fall apart. Pour half of the dough in the form of large crumbs into a form covered with parchment paper, lay out the plums, put the remaining dough on them, also in the form of crumbs. Don't worry about gaps and bumps. Additionally, you can sprinkle sugar on top of the pie. All! It remains only to bake in the oven until golden brown. This usually takes about 30 minutes. Prepare a big spoon and ice cream!

Spicy apple and beetroot sauce


This dish can be called a sauce, salad or chutney. A wonderful side dish or an independent healthy snack. Serve with meat, poultry and fish.


1 kg of apples; 500 g of beets; large bulb; 300 g of sugar; a piece of ginger (30 g); a teaspoon of salt and allspice; 500 ml wine vinegar.

Wash apples, onions and beets, peel and cut into cubes. Put in a saucepan, add grated ginger, sugar, salt, spices, vinegar. Leave to marinate for half an hour. Then simmer over low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Pour into sterilized jars and screw on clean lids. After cooling, store in the refrigerator or cellar.

Quick salted vegetables in a bag

How to freeze apples, plums, tomatoes and cucumbers for the winter?


Freezing cucumbers is very easy! Most often in winter we need cucumbers for salads or okroshka. We must say right away that it is better not to freeze whole cucumbers. It will be difficult to cut them, and they will lose their marketable appearance. Therefore, think about what you like to eat cucumber in winter, and immediately cut it the way you need it.

So, cut the cucumbers washed and dried with a paper towel into a small cube or plump rings. Put on a plastic cover or board in one layer and send for 8 hours in the freezer (or overnight). Then transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container. You can, of course, immediately put the sliced ​​\u200b\u200bcucumbers in bags. But then it is better to put them in small portions, because. it will be difficult to separate the right amount from the ice block.

Defrost at room temperature, drain excess moisture and eat!

There are several ways to freeze tomatoes. Let's talk about the most popular.


The first is in thick circles. We do the same manipulations as when freezing cucumbers, do not forget to cut the stem. Put the mugs on the board, then transfer the frozen mugs to a storage container. We use for pizza, stew, scrambled eggs, puff casseroles, hot sandwiches.

The second way to freeze tomatoes is in the form of mashed potatoes. We peel the tomatoes (dip them in boiling water for 20 seconds and remove the skin), cut out the stem, puree with a blender. Optionally, you can add basil, oregano, herbs de Provence, or other spices that you like to add to tomato dishes. Freeze puree in small round or rectangular containers. Not overripe plums with dense pulp and an easily separated stone can also be frozen. The steps are as follows: rinse, dry with paper towels, cut, select a bone, dry again, freeze, laying on a board so that the plums do not touch each other. After 8-10 hours, we throw it into a bag for freezing. Thawed plums in winter can be used for baking, compotes, sauces.


Apples are easy to freeze in slices. Rinse unspoiled apples, dry, cut the core with stones, cut.
