0.5 l of milk, half a bar of dark chocolate without additives, 70 g of sugar, 60 ml of whipped cream, 2-3 g of vanilla.
Pour milk into a saucepan and heat a little, then add sugar and vanilla. Before it boils, the chocolate should be broken into small pieces or grated. Pour it into the bowl, stir. Keep the milk on low heat so it doesn't boil. Once the chocolate has melted, pour into a mug and top with cream.
It is useful to give this drink after active games, milk and vanilla have a calming effect on the nervous system. But if the child is prone to allergies, then it is better to refrain and choose a different treat.
