A large and tasty piece of meat on the bone with potatoes is what you need after a hard day's work. Serve an appetizer of baked peppers and tomatoes with the meat, the recipe of which you will find below.

You need these ingredients:

1 kg pork loin; 700 g potatoes; 5 cloves of garlic; 1 st. l. ground paprika; half a spoonful of ground hot pepper and rosemary; 1 tsp thyme; salt, pepper to taste; 1 st. l. honey.

Put garlic on the meat, wrap with cling film and send for an hour in the refrigerator.

Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees, grease a high baking sheet with oil, put the meat and halves of chopped washed, but not peeled potatoes.

Bake the loin for an hour, periodically pour over the secreted juice. After 30 minutes, you can reduce the heat to 160 degrees. Select the finished meat from the oven, wrap with foil (the whole baking sheet) and leave for 20 minutes. Then serve.
