Hollywood Diet - Duration 18 Days

Day 1: Lunch black coffee, 1 egg, 1 tomatoDinner 1 egg, lettuce, grapefruit Day 2: Lunch 1 black coffee, egg, grapefruitDinner grilled beef, 1 cucumber and black

Day 1 :

  • Lunch - black coffee, 1 egg, 1 tomato
  • Dinner - 1 egg, lettuce, grapefruit

Day 2 :

  • Lunch - 1 black coffee, egg, grapefruit
  • Dinner - grilled beef without fat, 1 cucumber and black coffee

Day 3 :

  • Lunch - 1 egg, 1 tomato, stewed spinach
  • Dinner - grilled beef fillet, fat-free, cucumber, black coffee

Day 4 :

  • Lunch - black coffee, lettuce and grapefruit
  • Dinner - 1 egg, cottage cheese, stewed spinach, tea

Day 5 :

  • Lunch - black coffee, egg, stewed spinach
  • Dinner - black coffee, grilled fish (lean), lettuce

Day 6 :

  • Lunch - fruit salad made from apples, oranges and grapefruit
  • Dinner - grilled beef, cucumber, tea

Day 7 :

  • Lunch - vegetable soup, grilled chicken, tea, orange
  • Dinner - fruit salad

Follow the Hollywood diet for 18 days. Breakfast or turn it off completely, or drink sugar-free tea and eat half a grapefruit.
