Coffee! Many, having heard this word, mentally imagine a cup of fragrant and invigorating drink. For millions of people around the world, the perfect morning starts with a cup of delicious coffee. And during the day, a mug of coffee accompanies us in the car, and in the park, and in a cafe. True, each country brews its own, special coffee, with the secrets of which we will introduce you.

Vietnam: egg coffee

You can safely replace dessert with Vietnamese coffee, because it tastes like many people's favorite dessert, tiramisu. This coffee is prepared from egg yolk, condensed milk and hot Vietnamese coffee.

egg yolk 3 tbsp. l. Vietnamese coffee powder 2 tsp. boiled condensed milk

Brew a small cup of Vietnamese coffee. Separate the protein from the yolk. We do not need protein, use it for cooking other dishes. Beat the yolk with a whisk with condensed milk into a thick foam, add a couple of tablespoons of coffee to the mixture and mix. Pour the brewed coffee into a large cup, put the egg mass on top.

Finland: coffee with cheese

Coffee with cheese - original! A special type of cheese is poured with hot coffee, after which the drink should brew a little. After drinking coffee, cheese is eaten with a spoon. Connoisseurs prepare coffee cheese (Kaffeost) themselves, but we suggest you take your favorite soft cheese.

Place soft cheese cubes in a cup and pour over hot coffee. Add sugar as desired, mix gently. Drink coffee and eat cheese.

Morocco: coffee with spices

A Moroccan energy drink is made from coffee beans ground together with sesame seeds, nutmeg and black pepper.

In a coffee grinder, grind a few tablespoons of coffee beans with spices - just put a teaspoon each. Then brew coffee as usual. Enjoy!

Argentina: coffee "Lagrima"

Argentines prepare a kind of anti-coffee. The main ingredient of such coffee is milk, milk foam and just a few drops of freshly brewed coffee.

The recipe is simple: pour warm milk into an espresso cup and add a drop or two of black coffee.

Mexico: sweet coffee in a jug

Real Mexican coffee is filtered through a paper filter into an earthenware jug with the addition of cinnamon and unrefined brown sugar. This coffee is considered one of the “cleanest”, as it is brewed exclusively from natural, unprocessed products. The only thing to be wary of is the amount of sugar in the cup, but here you can adjust to your taste.

2 cups water 5 tbsp. l. brown sugar 2 cinnamon sticks 2 cloves pinch aniseed 3 tbsp. l. black coffee

Place water and spices in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for five minutes over medium-high heat. Remove saucepan from heat and add coffee. Cover with a lid and leave to infuse for five minutes. Strain and serve immediately. Great to add whipped cream on top.

France: coffee with milk

The taste of French coffee resembles the usual “Latte”, its only difference from the Italian dairy counterpart is that it is served not in a glass glass, but in a cup.

Mix one part ready-made black coffee with one part hot milk. Enjoy!

Spain: coffee "Bonbon"

Spanish coffee is made with espresso and condensed milk. Pour a tablespoon of condensed milk into a cup, then add espresso. Mix and enjoy!

The amount of condensed milk and coffee is up to you.

Italy: Espresso

Italians serve coffee with a slice of lemon. Before use, a slice of lemon should be rubbed against the walls of the cup.

Place 1.5-2 teaspoons of dark-roasted, finely ground coffee into an espresso machine. Espresso shot - 50 ml. Serve with a lemon wedge. By the way, Italians finish their evening meal of antipasti, pasta, hot and dessert with espresso, and this is at 9-10 pm!

Hong Kong coffee and tea

Filtered coffee, black tea and milk - this is the composition of real Hong Kong coffee!

Coffee, sugar and 2 tbsp. l. shake cold water in a shaker or mixer until foamy. Place a few pieces of ice in a glass, add foam and fill with cold water. If desired, add milk.

Turkey: coffee with garlic and honey

A feature of Turkish coffee is the precipitation of finely ground coffee beans, so the coffee is strong, but very tasty! And there's garlic too!

1 tsp ground coffee 100 ml water garlic clove honey spoon

Brew coffee in a cezve with garlic. Pour into a cup, remove the clove with a spoon. Add honey.
