And also beets at a very affordable price can be purchased all year round in any supermarket. Therefore, the hostesses have recorded a huge number of recipes with beets.
And almost always in the recipe they write "boil the beets until cooked." And you just try to replace boiled with baked, and you will see how the dish is immediately transformed. It will become much tastier and healthier, because baked beets are not as watery as boiled ones. Also, baked beets have a rich color and taste, are distinguished by increased sweetness, which positively affects the taste and appearance of the dish.
Recipes with Beetroot Ingredient
Step 1
For work, we need beets, a knife, a baking dish.
Step 2
Wash the beets thoroughly with a brush. Do not cut the tails of the beets so that the juice does not flow out of them during baking. Place the beets in a baking dish.
Step 3
Cook in the oven at 200°C for 1.5-2 hours, depending on the size of the roots. Check the readiness of the beets with a knife by piercing it. The knife should easily go into the beets.

Ready-made beets baked in this way will lose approximately 1/3 of their volume, so take this into account when preparing the dish. But the taste of such beets will be perfect.
