Fry until the meat turns white (about 5 minutes), then add the tomatoes, cut into slices and pour over the cream. Cover and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes. Then add chopped greens, mix, hold a little on the fire and you can serve with fresh ciabatta.

Grilled steaks with scrambled eggs and beans

 

Ingredients:

2 ham steaks, a can of canned beans, 100 g of tomato paste, 10 g of ground red hot pepper or chili, 50 ml of mustard, 30 ml of liquid honey, vegetable oil.

Grate the steaks with salt, then marinate in a mixture of honey, mustard and 30 ml of vegetable oil for 5 minutes. During this time, drain the liquid from the beans, place it in a saucepan, add tomato sauce, a glass of boiling water and hot pepper. Stir and simmer together for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

Put the steaks on a preheated grill pan and fry on each side for 7-8 minutes.

In a separate pan, beat the eggs, salt and pepper. Fry for 2-4 minutes until the protein sets.

When serving with fried eggs, place on a steak, put the stewed spicy beans next to it as a side dish. If dinner is prepared for young children, then pepper can simply be excluded.

Broccoli cream soup

 

Soup Ingredients:

1 kg of broccoli, 60 ml of soy sauce, 60 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 100 g of hard cheese.

Divide broccoli into small inflorescences and throw into boiling salted water (1.5-2 l). After 3 minutes, pour in the soy sauce and add the grated cheese. Cook until the vegetable softens, then puree with a blender and return to the fire. Add lemon juice, keep on the stove for another 5 minutes.

Fried rice with egg

You will need:

200 g boiled rice, 2 eggs, canned corn, canned peas, 100 g butter, 30 ml soy sauce, 20 g ginger root, 2 garlic cloves.

Chop the garlic, grate the ginger, fry in butter. After 2-3 minutes, beat in the eggs, salt and mix the protein with the yolk. When they are slightly set, add the rice, knead thoroughly and mix it. After a couple of minutes, add corn and peas, after draining the liquid from them, mix, fry for another 5-8 minutes.

Chicken liver with cauliflower

 

Ingredients:

300 g chicken liver, 400 g cauliflower, 2-3 tomatoes, orange, 2 garlic cloves, 30 g parsley.

Rinse the liver, remove the veins, put in a pan and fry.

Throw cabbage inflorescences into boiling water, salt and cook for 5 minutes. After draining the water, add cream and puree with a blender.

Add slices of tomatoes and peeled orange, chopped parsley, crushed garlic and salt to the liver. Keep on fire for 3-4 minutes. Serve the chicken liver with mashed potatoes.

Roast Tofu

You will need:

400 g tofu, 5 tomatoes, 150 g oyster mushrooms, onion, 50 ml spicy tomato sauce, 100 g spinach, 10 g basil.

Chop the onion, finely chop the mushrooms. Put them in a pan, salt and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add tofu, cut into cubes, mix, keep on fire for 5-8 minutes. Add chopped spinach and tomato slices, fry until softened, then pour in the sauce. Simmer over low heat covered for 5 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped basil before serving.

quick quiche

 

Pie Ingredients:

2 sheets of puff pastry, 5 eggs, 150 ml milk, 150 g crab sticks, 200 g Brussels sprouts, 150 ml cream / sour cream, 20 ml vegetable oil, 30 g butter, 50 g capers (optional), 50 g greenery.
