Required products :

200 milliliters of milk
40 milliliters of water
350 grams of flour, 50 of them - wholemeal
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt

For spreading:

30-40 grams of butter
2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2-3 large cloves of garlic

Method of preparation :

Pour the flour into the baking dish, add salt and yeast at the end. Pour the milk to which you have added water and honey. Switch on the appliance in the "Knead dough" mode for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The dough will increase in volume.

Melt the butter and add the chopped fresh dill and grated garlic.

Divide the dough into 10-12 equal parts, each of which roll out to a thickness of 5 millimeters and smear the surface with the aromatic combination (use a brush).

Arrange the resulting cakes next to each other or one on top of the other in the bakery (as you see fit) and leave for 40-50 minutes to rise.

Then turn on the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes.

Remove the finished bread to cool on a wire rack. While it is still hot, you can apply the remaining aromatic oil.

Enjoy your meal!
