Necessary products:

150 grams of spinach leaves

150 grams of boiled or smoked turkey fillet (maybe chicken breast)

10-12 cherry tomatoes

1 small cucumber or half a large one

1/2 sweet and sour apple

20 grams of sesame seeds

20 grams of olive oil with spices

Method of preparation:

Wash the vegetables, you can scald the spinach leaves with boiling water to soften them. Cut the cucumber into thin semicircles and the tomatoes into halves. Cut the spinach into large pieces, cut the apple into cubes and the fillet into tiles (as for Caesar salad).

Mix all products and mix gently. Season with olive oil, you can add salt. Pour everything into the salad bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds. As an additional sauce you can offer ketchup.
