Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 5-6 zucchini
  • 150 grams of shredded cow's cheese
  • 3 tablespoons flour and yogurt
  • 1 bunch parsley and dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese (optional)

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put them in a colander (under which you put a suitable dish) and salt them. Allow them to separate excess water from them.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, crush the cheese with them and add the yoghurt and flour. Finely chop the dill and parsley and add them to the egg mixture, season.

Squeeze the zucchini with your hands and place them next to the eggs. Stir and pour the mixture into a small rectangular pan. Flatten the mixture with a spoon or spatula and bake at 200 degrees (preheat the oven) for 50 minutes until the gratin gets a golden crust. Put the butter (divide it into small lumps) to melt on the gratin and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake briefly until the cheese is melted.
