How To Cook Appetizer With Yellow Cheese, Skim Milk, Mayonnaise And Peppers - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 4 marinated red peppers
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 300 grams of strained yogurt
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper, olive oil
  • fresh dill
  • 30 grams of ground nuts of your choice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the peppers into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the cottage cheese, strained milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic.

Stir and add chopped dill and parsley, nuts and season with salt, pepper and olive oil to taste. Stir, cool and serve the appetizer cold, accompanied by an aperitif to your liking.
