Required products :
2 medium apples
1 teaspoon oatmeal
1 teaspoon coconut milk
1 teaspoon water (cold)
2 tablespoons almond oil
5-6 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon grated cinnamon and nutmeg per cup
Method of preparation :
Beat the oats with the water using a blender. 2-3 minutes are enough to soften.
