Necessary products:

1 tsp flour

1 tsp semolina

10 apples

1 tsp sugar

200 g butter

1 tsp soda

1 tsp cinnamon

citric acid

powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Grate the apples on a coarse grater and divide the resulting amount into three parts. Mix all the dry ingredients for the cake (without the powdered sugar) and stir. Grease a pan with oil, pour 1 cup of the dry mixture, put one part of apples on it. So alternate until the products run out. The top layer should be apples.

Put the oil on the stove to melt and bring to a boil. Carefully and evenly pour the cake with the boiling oil. Place it in a preheated oven for 1 hour. It is good to prepare in the evening so that it can stay overnight before consumption. 

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy the great taste!
