How To Cook Apple Cakes With Chocolate And Sweet Butter Crumbs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1.5 teaspoons wheat flour + 1 tablespoon (topped)
  • 1 teaspoon (topped) sugar + 1 tbsp (equal)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder (7-10 grams)
  • 130 grams or apple jam or marmalade
  • 50 grams of chocolate
  • 20 grams of butter


Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar for 20 minutes. Then pour the oil, beat again until smooth, add the pre-sifted flour, baking powder and make a dough. Carefully add finely crushed or grated chocolate.

 

Fill a pastry syringe with the resulting mixture and distribute in muffin tins.

Put the apple jam in the middle of each cupcake.

 

Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with 1 tablespoon of sugar, add the butter and grind to obtain crumbs. Sprinkle them on the surface and bake the cupcakes at 175-185 degrees. In about 20-25 minutes they will be ready.
