Required products :
2 apples
6 egg yolks
50 grams of sugar
300 milliliters of cream
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
For the crust:
1 apple
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 grams of sugar
Method of preparation :
Wash and peel the apples, remove the core with the seeds and cut them into cubes. Put them in a saucepan with a little water and put on low heat. Let cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Prepare 6 suitable molds for dessert and distribute the fruit in them.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the yolks with the sugar. Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and gradually add it to the yolks with the sugar, stirring constantly. Add the spices.
Distribute the resulting mixture in the molds on the apples. Arrange the bowls in a tray in which you pour hot water. Put the dessert to bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
When ready, remove and allow to cool.
Peel and slice the third apple, sprinkle with lemon juice and arrange on the surface of the dessert, sprinkle with sugar. All you have to do is caramelize with a burner for this purpose.
