Method of preparation:
Start with the dough first. To do this, put the flour and salt in a large bowl, and in another bowl beat the yogurt with water. Combine the two mixtures and make a dough. Let it rest and wrap it so that it does not dry out and catch the crust.
Meanwhile, chop all the green spices, put them in a bowl and stir to mix. Roll out the dough into round crusts, spread some of the green filling and wrap the side edges, pressing in the middle with your fingers.
After closing the loaf, gently press the surface with your palms. Do the rest in the same way. Grease a pan or skillet with a little butter and bake the cakes on low heat until golden and crispy. Wrap the finished cakes in a damp cloth, cut and serve warm.
