Required products :
1 apple
1 pear
1 kiwi
1 grapefruit
freshly squeezed orange juice to taste
cedar or other nuts to taste
sunflower or other seeds to taste
honey to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a blender. Pour freshly squeezed orange juice to taste, add raw cedar or other nuts, also raw seeds, as you prefer and sweeten with honey.
Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture, which you distribute in suitable cups.
Apart from being delicious, the finished cocktail is also very useful. It is a rich source of vitamins and minerals that make it a powerful immune stimulant.
