Necessary products for 10-15 pieces:

 

  • 150 milliliters of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 300-400 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon fine sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 1 whipped protein
  • 300 grams of baby sausages
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
 
Method of preparation: 
 

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, sugar and salt. Mix the water with the oil, form a well and pour the liquid. Make a dough and leave it to rise.

Divide into parts, roll out and cut triangles. In the wide part of each put a baby sausage and turn to the narrow side.

Arrange the resulting rolls with a tray lined with a sheet of parchment, smear them with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Wait for them to increase in volume and bake them in a preheated 190 degree oven until golden brown. Cool, arrange and serve the hot doses, warm, garnished with ketchup and mustard.
