How To Cook Baked Broccoli With Potatoes, Fresh Milk, Processed Cheese And Cheese Crust - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of broccoli
  • 750 grams of boiled potatoes
  • 50 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 heads of old onions
  • water
  • black pepper, grated nutmeg, salt


Method of preparation :

Wash the broccoli, divide into inflorescences, cut the thick stems in half.

Peeled onions cut into cubes and stew in butter, then mix with broccoli. Pour a little water, season to taste, stir, transfer the products to a saucepan and stew for 10 minutes.

Then pour milk and add the potatoes, which are pre-cut into small pieces or grind. Beat the eggs, add the melted cheese and season with grated nutmeg.

Stir and pour the vegetable-milk combination into a pan. Level the surface and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
