How To Cook Baked Minced Meat With Yellow Cheese And Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Baked minced meat with yellow cheese and cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of minced meat (beef or pork)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese (choose hard type)

 

Method of preparation :

Put a few pieces of butter in a pan and spread a layer of minced meat evenly on the bottom. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and pour the cream.

Place in the oven and bake for an hour at 150-180 degrees until the dish is covered with a yellow crust.

As a side dish you can offer fresh vegetables or another favorite addition.
