Required products :

  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 200 grams of bread (preferably wholemeal or rye)
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 4-5 sprigs of parsley
  • oil


Method of preparation :

Cut the crusts of the slices, and cut the inside and bacon into straws.

Heat oil in a cast iron pan and fry the bacon for 1-2 minutes (you should not melt it, but fry it). Then add the bread and mix the two products, shaking the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Beat the milk with the eggs until smooth, pour over the bread and bacon.

Remove the pan from the heat and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished omelette with finely chopped parsley and serve hot.
