How To Cook Baked Potatoes Stuffed With Cream With Garlic And Spices - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 10-12 large potatoes
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 2-4 cloves of garlic 
  • olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2-3 peppers of different colors
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1-2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes, clean them with a brush, rinse and dry them.
Turn on the oven to preheat to 230-250 degrees, fill the bottom of the pan with a thick layer of salt.
Dip each potato in oil or olive oil and arrange in the prepared dish. Put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (or until ready).
Turn the potatoes periodically so that they can turn red on all sides.

Make the filling. To do this, add to the sour cream chopped onions and fresh parsley, peppers - diced, crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

When you take the potatoes out of the oven, cut them in half and lightly mash the inside with a fork. Fill with the aromatic cream and gather the halves two by two. Garnish with parsley leaves.
