How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Garlic, Soy Sauce And Green Onions - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of potatoes

4 tablespoons soy sauce

100 grams of vegetable oil

5 cloves garlic

freshly ground black pepper to taste

green onions to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into circles, pour hot water and put on the stove. When the water boils, close the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Do not add salt!

 

Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and mash it with salt.

 

Mix the soy sauce and oil.

 

Add the garlic and freshly ground black pepper.

 

Beat everything well with a fork.

 

The potatoes should be ready by now. Pour them into a colander to drain the water, then transfer them to a pan, the bottom of which you have lined with baking paper.

 

Pour the resulting aromatic sauce and place the dish to bake in the oven at 180 - 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

 

 

While it is cooking, chop the green onions finely.

 

Sprinkle the prepared potatoes with it and serve.
