How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Mustard, Garlic And Sesame - Recipe

Required products :

5-6 medium potatoes (about 600-650 grams in total)
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sesame oil (or sunflower) + a little to lubricate the dish
1 tablespoon (topped) Dijon mustard
1-1.5 tablespoons raw white sesame seeds
salt, pepper and other spices of your choice and taste

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees. Wash the potatoes. It is good to choose ones with a thin crust or fresh.

Peel a clove of garlic and mash it in a bowl with a capacity of 3 liters, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Stir.

 
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and put in the prepared marinade. Stir thoroughly with your hands so that they can be flavored on all sides.

 
Then pour them into a greased pan and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil.

 
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Five minutes before the specified time, remove the coating, season the potatoes to taste, sprinkle with sesame seeds and return to the oven until the dish is fully cooked.
