Required products :
10-12 potatoes
3 tomatoes
2 onions
2 eggs
200 milliliters milk
salt and pepper to taste dill
oil
and parsley if desired and to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into circles.
Cut the tomatoes in the same way,
and onions - in semicircles.
Fry the vegetables separately, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Then mix them and distribute evenly in a suitable tray.
Beat the eggs with the milk, season and pour over the vegetables.
Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
The appetizing golden casserole is ready.
You can serve it.
