We present you an easy one-week diet with eggs. If you follow it and combine it with a suitable physical activity, you can lose up to 3-4 pounds in 7 days.

Day 1

  • Breakfast: 1 toasted slice and 1 tomato;
  • Lunch: 2-3 fresh fruits of your choice;
  • Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad and 1 grapefruit.

Day 2

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and 1 grapefruit;
  • Lunch: 200-300 grams of roasted chicken and 2 fresh tomatoes;
  • Dinner: 1 small chicken steak and salad of your choice.

Day 3

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and 1 grapefruit;
  • Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs and salad of your choice;
  • Dinner: 2 roast lamb steaks, celery and cucumbers for garnish.

 

Day 4

  • Dinner: 2 roast lamb steaks, celery and cucumbers for garnish.

Day 5

  • Breakfast: 1 toasted slice and 2 eggs per eye;
  • Lunch: 2 eggs and 2 large fresh tomatoes;
  • Dinner: 200-300 grams of fish, salad of choice.

Day 6

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and 1 cup of fresh citrus
  • Lunch: 2-3 fresh fruits of your choice
  • Dinner: 300 grams of roasted chicken and salad with carrots and cabbage

Day 7

  • Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 1 tomato;
  • Lunch: 2 eggs with spinach;
  • Dinner: 1 small roast steak with salad of your choice.
