Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease pan. Cut the potatoes in half and set aside.
In a bowl put olive oil, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, pepper and stir the mixture.
Add the potatoes and stir again.
Pour the vegetables into the pan, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley and bake for 30 minutes. Cool the potatoes, arrange them on a plate and serve, garnished with fresh rosemary.
