How To Cook Baked Spaghetti With Eggs, Mayonnaise And Parsley - Recipe

Required products :

150 grams of spaghetti
3 eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 bunch fresh parsley or other green spice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the spaghetti in a saucepan with salted water, then drain the broth.

 

Beat the eggs in a bowl, season to taste, add the chopped fresh parsley and a spoonful of mayonnaise.

 

 

Beat well (you can use a mixer).

 

Transfer the cooked spaghetti to a pan that you have previously greased with oil (both the walls and the bottom).

 

Pour over the egg combination and place in a preheated oven (about 200 degrees).

 

After 10-15 minutes, the dish will be ready for consumption.

 

You can serve it both for lunch and dinner.
